This Apple Sauce Parfait Recipe is so fun and easy to make, using the apple sauce to add a fresh and natural sweetener. But you don’t have to stop there. Use whatever is in season to add to your layers. Blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries are always a good addition, or change it up with strawberries and bananas. The choices and combinations are endless.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup North Coast Apple Sauce (any flavor is just as wonderful as the next)

1/2 cup vanilla bean yogurt

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup granola (again, choose your favorite)

Directions:

Putting these parfaits together is all about how you like your mix. You can layer each ingredient once, twice, or even three times if you’d like. In a clear glass, start with half of your apple sauce, then half of your yogurt. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon over the yogurt and then add half of your granola. Repeat. You can drizzle a bit of maple syrup or honey over the top for additional sweetness if you wish. Dip in and enjoy!
