Baked APPLESAUCE Oatmeal Cups Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup North Coast Organic Applesauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups old-fashioned whole rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oat milk, egg, APPLESAUCE, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Add in oats, baking powder and walnuts and stir well.
- Portion batter into muffin tins, filling each almost to the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then let cool slightly before removing from muffin tin.
