The Easiest Cold Appetizer You Can Bring to Any Party
This apple cider coleslaw is everything a great easy cold appetizer should be: no cooking required, ready in under 10 minutes, and distinctive enough to get asked for the recipe. The secret is a dressing built on North Coast Apple Cider Vinegar and a splash of North Coast Apple Cider, which gives it a bright, tangy depth that lifts it well above a standard mayo slaw. It travels well, holds up in the fridge overnight, and scales easily for a crowd — making it one of our go-to simple appetizers for potlucks, BBQs, and holiday tables. Serve it as a starter, pile it alongside grilled chicken, or tuck it into a sandwich for an easy healthy lunch upgrade.
