North Coast Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup North Coast Apple Juice or Cider
  • ¼ cup cashew butter
  • 3 dates
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon apple sauce
  • 1 red delicious apple cored
  • 2 tbsp coconut shredded
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Add frozen banana, almond milk, apple juice, cashew butter, dates, ground flax, vanilla, cinnamon, cinnamon apple sauce, and cored apple to a blender and blend on high until thoroughly combined and pureed.
  • Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with shredded coconut, chia seeds and pecans.
