Kale Chips Recipe
Kale is among the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. Apple Cider Vinegar and salt give these healthy kale chips a taste just like salt and vinegar potato chips, with an added boost of fiber and vitamins!
Course: Snacks
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Kale any variety will work
- 2 Tablespoons North Coast Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Wash Kale thoroughly and dry well.
- Depending on the size of your leaves, you can remove the stem with a knife and tear into small pieces or leave whole with part of the stem still attached.
- Preheat the oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the kale along with the rest of the ingredients and massage with both hands until the leaves are all evenly saturated and turn a darker green.
- Spread the kale leaves on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Avoid pieces overlapping.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the kale has shrunk in size and turns crunchy.
- If you are using any of the curly varieties, you may want to turn halfway through baking time to ensure they cook evenly.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Will keep in an airtight container but may wilt and lost the fabulous crunch.
