Kale is among the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. Apple Cider Vinegar and salt give these healthy kale chips a taste just like salt and vinegar potato chips, with an added boost of fiber and vitamins!
Ingredients:
1 bunch Kale (any variety will work)
2 Tablespoons North Coast Apple Cider Vinegar
1 ½ Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ teaspoon Himalayan Salt
Directions:
Wash Kale thoroughly and dry well. Depending on the size of your leaves, you can remove the stem with a knife and tear into small pieces or leave whole with part of the stem still attached.
Preheat the oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the kale along with the rest of the ingredients and massage with both hands until the leaves are all evenly saturated and turn a darker green.
Spread the kale leaves on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Avoid pieces overlapping. Bake for 10 minutes or until the kale has shrunk in size and turns crunchy. If you are using any of the curly varieties, you may want to turn halfway through baking time to ensure they cook evenly. Serve immediately. Will keep in an airtight container but may wilt and lost the fabulous crunch.
