Triple-Rising Pizza Dough Recipe

- 1 Pizza pan
Ingredients
- 1 ยพ cups Warm Water about 100ยฐF
- 1 pkt Active Dry Yeast or 2 ยผ tsp.
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 4 cups All-Purpose Flour plus ยฝ cup for kneading
- 4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp North Coast Apple Cider Vinegar
- ยผ cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Melted Butter

Instructions
- In a small bowl, add the dry yeast and honey to the warm water and set aside. You will see the yeast start to bubble.
- In a large bowl, combine the salt, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil with 2 cups of the flour.
- Stir in the yeast.
- Add 2 more cups of flour in 1 cup increments, forming a ball as you go. The dough will be slightly sticky.
- On a lightly floured work surface, knead the dough until smooth (about 4 minutes) adding more flour as needed.
- Place dough in a bowl and lightly rub it with olive oil.
- Cover with a towel and let rest for 1 hour.
- Uncover and punch down using your fist. Let rise for another hour.
- Dust your work surface with a thin layer of flour and knead dough for another minute or until you can easily handle.
- Cut into two pieces, rolling each one out to about ยผ inch thickness.
- Brush your pizza pans with melted butter before placing the dough.
- Let rise on pizza pan for an additional hour (oh the patience! But you wonโt be sorry!).
- Bake at 500ยฐ for 10 minutes or until your crust is evenly browned and the cheese is bubbly.
