Green Apple Smoothie Recipe

Not a big fan of leafy greens? Fear not on this one because guaranteed, you won’t even know that the spinach is in there! The tender leaves are full of nutrients and antioxidants like potassium, magnesium, iron, vitamin C, and soluble fiber. That being said, feel free to add even more spinach or half an avocado for an additional health booster.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups baby spinach
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup North Coast Apple Juice
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a Vitamix or high-powered blender and blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth. Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
