Ingredients:

1 ½ Tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 Tablespoons Raw Honey

3 Tablespoons North Coast Apple Juice or Cider

2/3 cup boiling water

3 ½ oz Spiced Rum or Bourbon

Directions:

In a small saucepan, combine the lemon juice, honey, and apple juice or cider and bring to a simmer. Add the boiling water and rum or bourbon. Remove from heat. Pour into two mugs and garnish with lemon slices and cinnamon sticks.
