Cherry Almond Granola Bar Recipe

Ingredients
- 5 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 ยฝ cups peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup North Coast Apple Juice
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup almonds coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup dried cherries chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐ.
- Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with parchment paper, cutting slits in corners to bring up the sides around the pan.
- Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Spread mixture into pan, pressing firmly to create a nice, smooth layer.
- Bake for 18 minutes or until the center is thoroughly cooked.
- Remove from pan and cut into desired size bars.
Notes
You can switch up the nuts, seeds, and dried fruit in this recipe as you please.
