Caramel Apple Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Coffee Cake
- 4 Tbsp butter softened
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup North Coast APPLESAUCE
- 1 tsp vanilla
Streusel Topping
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped finely

Instructions
Coffee Cake
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐ. Butter and flour a 9โx13โ pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, cut the butter into the flour using a pastry blender.
- Using a stand or hand mixer, add the rest of the ingredients and beat until well combined and creamy.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and prepare the streusel.
Streusel Topping
- In a bowl, cut the butter into the flour using a pastry blender until the butter resembles small peas.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- Spread the streusel evenly over the top of the batter.
- Place on center rake in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
- Let cool for 30 minutes before drizzling caramel sauce.
