So simple and made with ingredients you most likely already have, these seven salad dressings are all made healthier with North Coast Organic apple cider vinegar! Choose your mood, then your dressing, and have fun creating the perfect salad that’ll make your day!

Using an emulsion blender keeps the dressings from separating in the fridge and makes the flavors in the ingredients more pronounced. All these dressings will store well refrigerated in a mason jar for up to a week.

CITRUS DRESSING

  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons North Coast Organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

AUTUMN VINAIGRETTE

  • 1/4 cup North Coast Organic apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sage leaves, torn
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves, torn
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

CREAMY VINAIGRETTE

  • 1/3 cup North Coast Organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

MINTY VINAIGRETTE

  • 3 tablespoons North Coast Organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 8-10 mint leaves, torn
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

ZESTY HOUSE DRESSING

CILANTRO LIME DRESSING

  • 3 tablespoons North Coast Organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice and zest of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander

GREEN GODDESS

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3/4 cup packed basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • Juice of 1 medium lemon
  • 3 tablespoons North Coast Organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients at once and pulsate for about a minute, or until you have arrived at your desired consistency. Enjoy!
