2 cups of cooked quinoa
Garnish of orange slice and sliced avocado

Dressing
1/3 cup North Coast organic apple cider vinegar
​3 T orange juice​
1/2 cup light olive oil
​1/4 chopped cilantro​
1/2 t agave
Orange zest
Dash of salt and pepper
