Classic Apple BBQ Sauce Recipe
Okay, so not your ordinary BBQ sauce recipe, but that's just because that we think everything tastes a little better when you add a little appley goodness. Enjoy this sweet and smoky BBQ sauce on anything that may need a little kick!

Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup North Coast Organic Apple Juice
- 1/4 cup North Coast Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the ketchup, apple juice, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, molasses, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and pepper.
- Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, transfer to a jar or airtight container for storage.
