Caramel Apple Punch Recipe
This Caramel Apple Punch recipe is a refreshing, fruity, crowd pleasing cocktail using apple juice in both the caramel and the punch. You can definitely call it a win-win.

Ingredients
For Caramel:
- 1 cup North Coast apple cider or juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk or cream
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Pinch of salt
For Punch:
- 1 1/2 cup North Coast apple cider or juice
- 1 shot of dark spiced rum
- 1 shot of Grand Marnier
- Sparkling water
Instructions
- Chill glasses in freezer 30 minutes prior to mixing.
- To make caramel boil down apple cider on medium heat for 10-15 minutes gently whisking. (apple cider should reduce down to about 1/3 cup). Add sugar, milk and butter to apple cider and bring to a boil.
- Continue to whisk until thick, approximately 5-10 minutes.
- Let caramel cool for 15 minutes.
- Once cooled, spoon a bit of caramel around rim of glass.
- It will harden slightly on chilled glass.
- Combine apple cider, rum, Grand Marnier, 1 tsp. of apple caramel and ice to a shaker.
- Shake well and pour into caramel rimmed glass.
- Serve with additional ice if desired.
