Ingredients:

2 cups North Coast Apple Cider

2 tablespoons maple syrup

6 tablespoons gelatin

Directions:

Add the apple juice and maple syrup to a large sauce pan over medium-high heat and stir. When the juice is hot, just before it starts to boil, slowly sprinkle the gelatin in while constantly whisking.

Once the gelatin is added in, pour the liquid into a large measuring cup. Using a spoon, scoop any of the foam or clumps of gelatin that might have formed from the top.

Pour the gelatin mix into small silicon candy molds and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
